Great spot about halfway between Stowe and Burlington. It's a small brewpub with a surprisingly large selection of beers on tap and even more surprisingly wide variety. Their cask pulled scotch ale was possibly one of the best things they make and one of the best scotch ales I've ever had. The food was equally as surprising. They don't have a fryer (as of this review) but that didn't stop them from creating excellent dishes that are well worth it just for the food alone. The wait staff was helpful and polite and they even fill growlers which is a plus.

Food was really good. Tacos, Burger and a large salad. Service at the bar was great, slow at the table. Decent selection of beers on draft, but IPA and Session heavy. Smallish place which was very loud with a small band playing. Would return for food.

Nice rustic place with a smallish bar and some tables. They have some of their beers canned and the rest I believe for growler fills. They also have food. This place had a nice diversity of styles for a heavily IPA leaning brewery region. I wasn't crazy about the food or the beer, but the service was great and its a nice place.

Had an awesome experience here. Went a few weeks ago to test out a couple beers and grab a bite to eat and was happily surprised. I was expecting more of a small town brewery with only a couple featured beers (mostly IPA's as is the fad) and found myself exploring and enjoying beers that I otherwise would never have grabbed off a shelf. The food was excellent and the service was great. Our server came as much as needed, no more, no less - which I think is the best service you can ask for. Dog friendly front porch let us watch a couple doggos while we ate and drank. Pricing wasn't through the roof as some places can be. It was a great time, will be going back.

Richmond Vermont's only brewery. They used to be down in Huntington, Vermont, but they moved into this stellar facility in late 2015. They keep Citizen Cider here on tap for on the spot radlers. Nice place with great service. Hours aren't always the greatest, but on Friday nights, they'll get different local bands to keep things "happening" here. When in Richmond, VT, it's either here or Hatchet.

Nice laid-back vibe here, good bar space, tables, small stage for live music. Service was fine, and there was a nice selection of good quality beers. Definitely worth checking out.

Place has sort of roadhouse vibe, with L-shaped bar that prior to covid seat about a dozen with an equal number of tables divided between the taproom and dining room and a small stage to the right of the bar. And thanks to covid a parking lot patio with about 8 tables. 10 beers on tap, nice assortment of styles. Friendly wait staff. I did not try the food.

This is based on the new location in Richmond. I was driving through the neighborhood this past week and wanted a flight. When I walked in, I could tell this was going to be an up and coming brewery for Vermont as the super friendly service I had was extremely comforting and knowledgable in the beer talk. Tulips, bechers, snifters and chalices are for sale. They do have some light fare for sale to tame the munchies but I didn't have any. They did offer some popcorn and I did have that. I had their Big Belgian Draft, Palomino, Hopped To Trot #1 IPA and XX Chocolate Maple Porter, really nice flight, though I wasn't entirely pleased with their Big Belgian Draft. That Hopped To Trot #1 IPA was really good! Glad I picked up a bomber of that and a becher glass. I can't wait to go back.

Really the place to go in Richmond. Very popular with the locals.
Large selection of beer on the menu Pretty good quality.
Developing a pretty good food menu as time goes on.
