Poured from 32 oz growler.
A: Pitch black with two finger mocha colored head. Fairly short retention and very little lacing.
S: Roasted barley with sweet molasses and dark chocolate.
T: Follows the nose closely. Lots of roasted malts mixed with bitter dark chocolate and a slight sweetness.
M: Full bodied but not thick. Finish is lightly bitter and sweet.
O: This might be the best non-barrel aged local stout I've tried. Well done!
