At HBC, we’re no stranger to hops which is why our take on the iconic IPA style includes 4 varieties - ahtanum, palisade, chinook, and magnum. This British-American hybrid also plays host to 4 different types of malted barley creating a unique orange hue. Additional hops added throughout the brewing process contribute to the floral and piney aromas that mingle well with the distinct malty character. At 55 IBUs, this is an IPA for everyone to enjoy.

Bottle from Wegmans. Medium golden pour, instant fluffy head. Mild hoppy aroma, taste too, very sharp and crisp. Seems more of an APA, finishes like a pils. Kind of grainy too.

Nice solid IPA. Hoppy nose resembling a very chinook(y) profile. Citrus is almost undetected but nice hoppy beer otherwise. Left the brewery with a 6 day old sixer after trying this one. Nice brew Hamburg B.C.

From a undated 12oz bottle. Pours a copper/amber color with an off-white head. Malty, caramel notes on the nose and the palate with a nice hop-driven bitterness on the finish. A very nice IPA

9/3...pours rusty orange copper, light to medium. Fluffy head of white foam. Laces. Minty pine nose. Slight citrus. Roaring hop bitter flavor with a richly blended malt. Nice and chewy. Loads of juicy hop flavor. Quite tasty, solid IPA.
