Draft at the brewery. Ale golden pour, small foamy head. Light tropical aromas, taste ramps up the hoppiness, a nice bite at the finish. Not your typical APA

Nice to grab this local while waiting on a take out order from duffs. Very drinkable with bright floral brightness that develops some fruitiness. Finish is clean.

On tap at Acme Bar and Pizza in Rochester, NY.
This pours a light and mostly clear dark orange, with a small head, and a good amount of lacing.
This doesn't smell tropical at all, and doesn't really smell like much of anything, really. There's a little bit of grapefruit and stale hops, and too sweet malt.
The taste is the same- this is quite the disappointment. If you call something tropical, you should probably make it tropical, right? This just doesn't have much flavor at all, and it's too malty.
This is light bodied- at least it's pretty crisp and drinkable.
