Poured into fluted beer glass: color is dark brown, a little dense presentation, head is light brown, head presents 1 finger thick.
Smell is clean, not overly sweet, light roast, hint of some sweeter malts with notes of chocolate.
Taste is light roasted malt, chocolate, hint of light sweet malt, very light grassy hops with a little earthy undertone.
Mouthfeel seems a bit sharp, hint of biting carbonation, bitterness is appropriate.
Overall a good stout with light sweetness, good roast/chocolate balance but just bit sharp in the presence.
