L: pours a murky lemony yellow with a foamy white head that dissolves into a film
S: lemon peel, wheat, white bread, clover
T: lemon overpowers the wheat beer, there is some white bread and straw, but no other noticeable flavors or spices
F: this is the only place where the hefe is obvious, there is a smooth full hefeweizen body with a tart and dry lemon zest finish and aftertaste
O: this is a decent beer if you like lemon, think of it as a wheat lemon shandy rather than a wheat beer with a hint of lemon flavor.
Lemon Hef is fine if you are looking for a full bodied substitute for lemonade, not so much of you are looking for a hefeweizen with a touch of lemon
