I really like this beer. Had another at the swinging door.

Recent trip to Nashville, visited the brewery.
Clear, light, clean in appearance. Aromas of Belgian yeast present. Finishes dry, but sweetened by subtle presence of honey (I think it blends with the Belgian flavors a bit though). Said 6.8%, but drinks like a much lower ABV. I enjoyed it.

Had it at the brewery. Light yellow gold with very light lacing on glass. Smell is faint sweetness, honey? Taste is funky, hard to place, some bitterness mixed with sweet honey. Odd. On the light side. Not a favorite.

Sort of that funk like a farmhouse beer but different because of the honey mellowing it ..

Bottle:
Pours a little darker than expected, a deeper golden with an orange hue to it. Lightly hazy, but with a nice sustaining cap of white head that provides a few streaks of lacing.
Nose shows its Belgian pale classification, with a whiff of yeast and a meadowy grass-like bitterness. The honey comes out as well, giving a light fruit blossom note the the beer.
Flavor follows the nose, starting with a crackery malt opening, followed by a dry, balancing bitterness. The honey note comes early and spans the transition. I get a little honeydew to canteloupe notes in the back. None of these flavors are overpowering and they all play quite well together.
I feel this is a well put together beer, with perhaps just one thing - a somewhat green grass note that seems just a bit out of place to my palate. It's such a small part of what I taste and it comes in quite late, but it distracts me from an otherwise enjoyable beer.

Poured into a snifter. A hazy amber-orange color with a frothy white head that lingered for a while. Really nice and interesting nose: orange, floral notes, dough, cracker, and honey. The taste certainly backed up the great aromas, with a big Belgian estery presence up front, surrounded by lavender, citrus, honey, and light bready flavors. Dry and clean finish. It's more hopped than most Belgian pale ales, but not over the top like a white IPA. Very nice.
