Slightly hazed tangerine color with a whipped froth Snow White colored froth with modest retention... A bit of lacing clings to the glass... Very mild nose, much less than expected... Don't pick up anything discernible... Palate is much more robust... Strong earthy hop presence along with very sturdy pizza crust... Feel is medium bodied yet fairly dense... Easy enough sipper, but doesn't really stand out in the over abundance of IPAs...

I got a can of this beer from Gunny as part of my 2025 Fantasy Football League winnings! It poured a hazy orangish with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had subtle ruoe dank citrus hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with semi sweet malt base with orange and blood orange citrus presence. The mouthfeel was medoum in body and had good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.

DATE: August 22, 2025... OCCASION: garage walls one and two primed, it's time to again reflect on the summer that was with a beer bought back in Gatlinburg... GLASSWARE: Gatlinburg Brewing pint... pours a dark amber orange body that flirts with opacity, though small bubbles can be seen... its head is a staid, white, two-fingered coral that leaves waved lacing in a consistent pattern--this is ready to be drunk!... grapefruit, watermelon, dank resin, light tobacco and herb, and lemon impart a tropical expectation, while the bready backbone balances the aroma nicely... its body is a standard middle weight punch with its alcohol tucked nicely in its belt... definitely buzzing at the teeth and busy in the mouth; it finishes agreeably, and with some length... pineapple, mango, lemon, resin, and a mixed bag of herbs makes this a pleasantly bitter, balanced affair--one that could be put into repeat on a night like this! Its malt presence makes this less of a hop bomb and more reminiscent of an old-school East Coast IPA... well done, TBC!

Citrus & malt on the nose. Palate with fairly aggressive hop bitterness accompanied by bright zesty citrus and pine needles. A light-bodied crusher with a profile that could benefit from a bit less aggression.
