Bomber numbered 364/500 into a wine glass appears clear golden yellow with a white cap.
Aroma is lemony lactic with some cereal grains and some yogurt to stale grain funk.
Tastes tart and lemony like yogurt and spoiled grain/mash with almost a vinous sweetness.
Light in body with modest carbonation. Its aight.

Pour is a hazed pale golden yellow with a small amount of white head. Nose is heavily doughy with a moderate lemon character with notes of hop bitterness and some acidity. Taste is sweeter, lots of lemon, a good bit of doughy malt, light acidity, crisp cracker, sweet sugars, butyric acid. Assertive carb, light body, a bit grainy.
