Grains. Grain all up in my mouth. Tastes like crushed grain that was washed and I got the dirty water. Very mild sour. Very mild fruit. Terrible. This exhibits characteristics of Margot, but nothing good. Toss this God awful recipe into the trash and let's move on.

Pours a dark brown with a purple tint, good clarity and a nice looking brew. Aroma is sharply sour, with some fruit and wheat coming through. The taste is very nicely fruity and tart, growing towards acetic. Blueberry flavor is muted but present. Lemon rind, berry and dry grain are prominent, alcohol is at a trace level. Listed in the menu I saw as a Berliner Weisse, it was definitely much darker than examples of that style. Good beer and certainly in the sour range.
