Kind of excited going on this one these guys really do make some great fruit beers into an imperial pint. Quite dark possibly darkest I've ever seen for cranberry like blood red. Smell is exceptionally tart and very tannic smelling as expected for both the fruit and the style. Pretty sour but not overly stinging like I would expected for both the style and the actual fruit. Finish is rather sweet and ABV is well conceived. Overall not sure of the lower ratings this beer is quite good!
