Too flat for a belgian, IMHO. I always expect good carbonation from BSDA. Otherwise, pretty drinkable. Smells good. 8% alcohol shows. I like their brewery on Butler street, very cozy place to drink.

color much darker than expected. very smooth taste, little plum, and raisin. Not very familiar w Hop Farm but clearly i need to do some more tasting
