I get what it is going for - juxtaposing the light tartness of a Gose with the savory earthiness of beets - but it just a bit too much of that beet flavor. Out-muscled the other elements a little bit. Interesting, certainly something to try, but ended more of a beat purée than a Gose with beet undertones
