This was brewed in collaboration with Mobcraft. Had a 22 oz bomber.
L: Pours hazy gold with a persistent 2” sticky cream colored foam collar.
S: Spicy malty nose with fruit, citrus, and Belgian yeast.
T: Slight tartness, caramel malt, fruit with berry and tropical notes and finishes with a caramelly tartness and a spicy hop accent.
F: Very creamy and soft on the palate with a medium to medium full body, and medium carbonation.
O: This is an interesting hybrid beer with a big Pilsner malt character coupled with Belgian yeast
