Happy anniversary to us! Why not celebrate a momentous occasion with a beer that has a huge flavor and big presence? This Belgian Quad was brewed and aged in traditional stylings and boasts big, mouthwatering flavors of dates, figs, candied fruit, and caramel. We aged this beer in French oak Cognac barrels until the beer was balanced and all those flavors were exactly where we wanted them. Then we added chocolate and raspberry for a truly unique and wonderful presentation! Enjoy this work of art with us as we celebrate. Cheers to 9 years!
