A pint on tap at the brewery.
Has a radiant SRM 5 wheat-hazed color and a thin white head, medium carbo, head goes to froth, carbo stays, soft froth & webby lacing. The aroma is pepper, pineapple, orchard fruits, wheat, a touch of cereal grains, dried fruits. The taste has mushy lightly grilled pineapple, jalapeno pepper, semi-sweet orchard fruits, some mango, apricot, yeast, distant pie crust, wheat. The feel is very smooth with genuine heat from the pepper, and is medium bodied with a slightly long lingering finish. Overall this is an excellent beer albeit Fruit & Field or Chili. It drinks exclusively smooth and has well designed balance and tastes. It is excellent in its style.
