Poured into a tapered mug, a huge billowing head rises immediately and fills the entire glass, taking it's sweet time to settle down. Sudsy foam with a creamy texture, it maintains surface coverage for the whole glass.

Aroma is softly yeasty and fruity, minerally white grape and softly sweet floral lavender.

Taste is also yeast forward with a slightly astringent tartness, slightly creamy though a little rough around the edges. Clove phenolics, drying yeast, light pale malt sweetness. A pleasant fruitiness rounds it out and makes it more appealing. Medium bodied, creamy feel despite the astringency.

Overall this is pretty good stuff, though it feels very familiar.
