First beer by these new participants. A bit of an odd spicy IPA, on tap at The Only Café. Hoppy but not that hoppy. Would like an even bolder taste, drinkable.Summit, Dana, and Wakatu hops. May be an interesting cask. We will be hearing more as they take chances.
