An incredibly easy drinking ale with some fun nuances! We started with a classic Northern English Brown Ale, then added plums and dry hopped with Australian Galaxy hops. A light, fruity hop aroma greets you upfront, balanced by a toasty malt character. The first sip brings toasty and caramel malt followed by pleasant fruity hop flavor. Hiding in the background, the plums add an interesting complexity that takes a bit to place. Balanced, complex, and sessionable – what more could you ask for?
