This is a good place, and I'm bummed they are moving to the suburbs sometime around March 2017. But I get it - they'll have a much bigger capacity there, and I'm sure the rent is cheaper. So good for them for being successful! They had a dozen or so beers on tap, great for a taproom, along with a small menu of sandwiches and snacks, so you can make an evening of it if you want. They are one of the few Belgian-style brewers in the area, so they offer a nice variety of beers that you don't always find at your local taproom. I'll try to get down to their new location when it opens.

V-The place was surprisingly mellow on a nice Saturday evening when I stopped in. There were just a few patrons at the small-ish bar and a few tables on the small patio were full. Brewing equipment is visible in the back/side room and the space up front is nicely appointed with some exposed brick and wood. A bit of an oasis from the rest of Colfax.
Q-I enjoyed the hoppy, blond lager I ordered and the other beers I tried (a tripel, a quad, and a golden ale) ranged from blah (the quad) to decent (the golden). My mind was not blown by anything, but beers felt well made (with the exception of the quad, which had something off about it).
Ser-The bar tender was friendly and prompt. Beer was served in appropriate glassware at the right temperature. We didn't discuss specifics or brewing techniques but the server could talk about the beers she was selling.
Sel-The selection was limited to Lost Highway beers...I think there were 6 or 7 on tap. The spread in varieties was good; from an IPA to a lager to a quad.
F-I did not try the food, but they have cheese and meat small plates.
O-A nice spot with a mellow vibe, but I think that Lost Highway will have a hard time distinguishing itself from the many good new breweries in Denver.

this place is finally up and running after all of these years of anticipation, although with the minimalist even bare bones decor, im not sure what took so long. the space is large, exposed brick on the cheeky monk wall side, windows to the brew house on the opposite side. everything seems new, but there isnt much feel yet. six beers on tap right now, including a very very good pumpkin ale and a less impressive belgian ipa. they had some guest taps too, cool stuff left from gabf. the place was pretty busy on a thursday evening, and the service was real friendly. they also have a little deli set up with some meats for snacking, looked nice but i didnt eat, seems like good beer pairing though. the prices were a little steep honestly, six bucks for less than a pint. seems not super fair for relatively generic beer, especially in the early going for them. there was a belgian theme to the beer, but a loose one. i am going to give them some time to settle in and evolve a little before i go back, but they should do pretty well based on location alone.
