Golden blonde color, clean and limpid. Just a light veil at a second pour. White, abundant and beautiful foam.
In the smell yeast, white flowers, hay, camomile, orange peel, some pepper.
In the mouth a light honey, acacia honey, spices, white flowers, and a light peppery. Pleasant and well balanced.
Honey in the aftertaste, a bit of sugary, balanced by the hop and the spicynotes (pepper and orange peel over all).
Easily drinkable, pleasant, fresh.
