On tap at the brewery. Pale yellow color, fizzy. Ara was a mild lager yeast. Flavor was an easy lager, I really didn't get any type of cream flavor at all but this was better than expected. Super easy drinking, I'd order another of these pretty quickly.

a weird take on a cream ale, not the pale semisweet beer we are used to, but more of a rustic farmhouse take on it, with the beer smelling literally like a cows udder, its funky and weird, not all the way appealing at first, but i came around on it after half a glass or so. not sure if its the yeast doing that or some additive, but its downright bizarre. the beer looks pale and yellow, almost watered down. fogged over but not cloudy. small white head that dissipates quickly. the flavor shows what seems to be a wheat malt base, but lacks that body or cereal character. it has a slight saison yeast character, but finishes cleaner than that. well enough carbonated too, but i think it could stand a little more body, its a touch thin, even for the style. but refreshes rather well. not sure where that farm animal or unpasturized milky funk comes from, but its there alright. more in the nose than the taste. its cool if its intentional, if its not, its brutal, but i took it as on on purpose thing, and enjoyed how distinct this was.
