an interesting brew here, it must be dry hopped really heavily, as there is a great hop aromatic to this, and its citrusy all the way, but the base beer remains more pale to pils type, and its lagered, which is also quite interesting. pretty in the glass, nice tall white airy head on it that slowly relaxes, and a real radiant golden color, not much haze. the nose is all those citra type dry hops, really advanced beyond just the grain, as i smell the yeast as well, bready and fresh. the taste is a lot like the nose, has an almost ganja aroma to it, and in the bitterness on the back end, i taste a little weed too. cool yeast is flavorful not invisible, which i prefer in most lagers, and its super dry. one issue here is that it warms up pretty poorly, the yeast gets overwhelming and the hops really fade. it seems less well put together at ambient temperature, so just drink it fast and youll be all set. these guys are really impressing me right now.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
