Pours black with tons of light tan foam. Taste is roasted malt, and a chocolate malt, a bit of lactose sweetness a hint of coffee. Well carbonated, medium feel, finishes dry.

12 oz. can served in a pint glass. This stout pours full black with a half inch of mocha foam on top. Very dark with not much as for highlights in the light. Aroma of roasted malts and a bit of coffee flavor, pretty much light chocolate malts with not a lot of variety.
Taste follows with a bit of chocolate and roast on the tongue, again a bit singular in approach. As the beer warms you get some mocha notes on the finish that linger and add some complexity. Fairly dry on the finish yet masks the ABV well at first but getting a touch thicker with a lactose sweetness with more exposure. Overall middle of the road but nothing to detract either.
