On tap at Claddagh Room. Light orange, good head with lacing. Smooth, mild malts with some crisp hoppiness on finish. Tasty and easy drinking.

On tap at the brewery: Hazy gold color with low amount of activity. Slightly creamy white 1 finger head, lasting around 2 minutes, with okay legs. Flavors of caramel, honey, sweet grains, roasted barley, lemon, and floral spices. Good balance between sweetness and bitterness. Slick and smooth full body with crispy carbonation. Medium strength finish that lingers with leafy and grassy dried hops, and flowery yeast. Good freshness. A little bold but still well intensified. Quite tasty and satisfying. Overall pretty good quality craft.

On tap at Olde Dublin Pub, Charlottetown PEI.

This one came to me in a pint glass that was full of orange, slightly tawny ale. And I mean full -- ODP seems to have a policy of filling to the rim. Thus I cannot comment on any head that may or may not have formed on a less bountiful pour. There was some delicate lacing left behind by the beer itself, so I can imagine, at least.

Moderate floral and citrusy scent, with some grass, earth and caramel. Citrusy hop and salty caramel hit the taste buds together, and declicately, indicating a well-blended ale. Just the right amount of malt to let the pepper spice and lemon zest linger for a second or three.

Definitely the best beer I had on the Island. Very refreshing, yet interesting enough to drink all night. Well done, Barnone!
