Milk sugar or ‘Lactose’ gives a very subtle sweetness. A very surprising beer, with many subtle characters. Not overly heavy or roasted, a very drinkable stout.
Gold Medal winner.

On tap at UPEI pub. Dark brown with a good head. Sweet chocolate & coffee nose. Creamy mouthfeel from a medium malt body with some sweetness. Excellent!
