Served in 12oz tulip. Poured a clean, clear yellow-honey color with a thin cap of white head that had very good retention and and lacing.
A hint of dill is at the front of the nose, with a lemony undertone and the unique Sorachi Ace hop scent as well. The dill is much more notable on the palate ,and I'm not really into dill. There is a nice base grain flavor, and the lemongrass pops out much better than it did on the nose. Yeah, there's a lot going on in this beer.
The body is the fairly typical light-medium of the style. Drinkability will vary depending of how one feels about dill. Overall, a nice beer, although it doesn't really push my buttons.Worth a shot if you see it.
