Served in 16oz nonic. Poured a bright, clean, clear, yellow (looks like a well made Lager) with a thin cap of white head that had low retention and good lacing.
The aroma was highlighted by sharp, clean hops, and had a low grain scent.
On the tongue, those bright hops dominated the tongue as well, with a nice bite on the finish.
The body was light, crisp, and clean, and had a dry finish.
Drinkability was very good, I could easily knock back a few of these. Overall, a very nice brew that looks like a Pilsener, but bites like an IPA. The Anti-MurkyBomb! Definitely worth your time if you see it.
