Mosaic Pale Ale

Pours a surprisingly dark orange-amber with exuberant foam in the goblet. It tastes more like an ESB than anything else. It's malty with some roasted taste and a medium bitter afterbite. Some woody notes, herbal greenery, dark grain, and a distinct sweetness. But it's certainly hoppy as you sip, just more of a full-bodied malty sort with plenty of carbonation. Drinkable but it seems to want something, like more aromatics. From the 32 oz growler filled at the brewery tap.
