Dark Amber, light brown in color. No lacing, low head retention.
Low aroma but has a slight scent of dark fruit.
Medium body, with good effervescence.
Tastes of dark fruit, especially plum/prune. Slight alcohol with spices of ginger. Malty taste of bread crust and sweetness.
Finishes slightly dry, though sweetness lingers on the tongue.
