On tap:
Pours a light brown, like tea, but with a nice frothy collar of tan-hued tight bubbles. Decent lacing.
Nose has a nice smoke to it, with a little citrus behind the smoldered wood.
Light, slightly thin feel but with a really nice moderate carbonation.
Caramel maltiness that is infused with smoke from the beginning. Lightly charred wood, light clean bitterness to keep this beer in balance and refreshing. A little more body is the first thing I'd ask for. Then maybe just a tad more smoke to go with that body.
