Wort extract 12%.
Pours hazy amber with huge long lingering off-white head, excellent retention, but not as dense as it has to be. Smell is common for hefeweizens - wheat malts, banana, clove, pleasant, but without zest. Taste is watery, rather sweet and monodimensional. Where is a bouquet? Just wheat malts, some spices and traces of bitterness. Light-bodied and drinkable.
