Golden amber color with a thick 3 fingers head with medium retention.
Light, but nice aroma of biscuit malt and citric notes.
Flavor of herbal and floral hops, with some peppery notes and a citrusy going on. Relatively mild bitterness, especially for an APA and the use of high alpha summit hops.
Light to watery body with a light carbonation with tiny bubbles.
I found it too light for an APA, missing body and flavor. Also, a bit watery, refreshing ale though.
