Served in a snifter from the growler.
Appearance: Semi clear goldfish amber wit medium bubbles to the body. Head is white rising maybe half an inch off the body. Sticky lacing to the glass.
Smell: Hops and citrus scent. Light but still appetizing aroma.
Taste: Mellow hops with grapefruit skin and light lemon juice feel. Has grass tones with hints of pine.
Mouth: Medium carbonation and almost full body. Comes and goes and lightly chewy.
Overall: Nice pick up and very lucky to grab it considering I coincidentally pulled over into the brewery to change my daughter's diaper while I was driving back from Cooperstown. If it crosses my eyes definitely would grab again. Salud!
