Appearance: This beer had a nice cloudy amber look with a light half inch head.
Smell: The nose was of pleasant/not too strong semi-sweet dried fruit.
Taste: The taste was similar to the nose that tastes like semi/sweet, slightly tart dried fruit with a half bitter half sweet aftertaste. Great flavor that hides the alcohol very well.
Mouthfeel: Surprisingly smooth and a great balance between sweet and sour.
Overall: Good balance and a smooth semi-sweet beer.

On draft at the pub, poured into a small goblet. Color is gold, head is off white, dissipating quickly.
Smell is great on this one - the honey really comes through as it warms, with some subtle apple and fruit aromas.
Taste is clean, not too much of the off yeast flavors, but the aging may clean those some - honey comes through but less emphatic than the aroma. ABV is hidden well by the honey and smooth flavors.
Mouthfeel is clean, not overcarbonated, but a little more bite than the cleaner taste.
Overall, unique take on this style, I like the honey but want just a bit more yeast ester.
