Pours a light straw color with a dense soapy head. Slight haze that is expected with the style but still bright and attractive looking.
The aroma has wheat, lemon and dried herbs. Some bready aromas are also to be noticed.
In the taste, a good bit of Belgian yeast, herbal too, like wild Rosemary or sage, fair bitterness, and a clean finish. This is a witbier that is earthy and very drinkable, almost like a very light Saison.
Well carbonated, crisp and clean. A very refreshing option indeed.
