L: Pours a brilliant dark orangish with a small white head and no lacing on the glass.
S: Lots of toasted malt, a hint of caramel, maple and syrup, a hint of wood and some earthy malt.
T: Lots of earthy toasted bread, hints of caramel, some honey and a light woodiness. Nice but doesn't seem to fully come together.
F: Medium body, carb seems slightly low.
O: Decent Vienna lager that doesn't quite come together.

Poured from a 750mL crowler canned on 8/14/2022
On the pour an insane basically five finger head formed of white slightly fizzy but mostly fine head. After that recedes for 10ish minutes the head is just a thick ring around the rim that leaves some lacing. Carbonation in the body is very lazy. Despite the vienna classification, the beer is a lighter color a dark gold that I just can't quite call copper.
Aroma is more on point with the style eliminating any worries I had with nice sweet toasted malts and a light nobleish hop note in the background. Some light lager esters are present but they work with the malts.
The taste is similar to the aroma but I'm actually enjoying this a lot. Like if victoria beer was just better. A nice pilsner style hit of bitter hops right on the front that fades to a sweet carmelly malt note. Simple clean and good.
Feel is bigger than it is with a nice mouthcoating maltiness that slowly fades to a slightly drying light hoppy feel. Thr finish is quite long and the taste of malt stays after the drying feeling occurs. Nice bang for buck lager doesn't feel cheap or small.
Overall this is a simple but memorable vienna lager with some fun yeasty but clean notes. A malty lager woth a decent hop bitterness. If you're down in golden give this place a shot.
