A: Pours a clear brownish red with a small dirty tan head.
S: Aroma brings sweet plums, yeasty, clean grain, a little bit of clove and cinnamon.
T: Taste brings moderately sweet grape, fig, banana, a little bit of rye spiciness, candi syrup.
M: Medium-bodied with light carbonation. Pretty light on the tongue for a dubbel.
O: This is a really tasty dubbel that has a nice balance between sweetness, yeastiness, and grain. Pretty light and drinkable for a dubbel.
