A soft pale yellow with a white cap. Faint aromas of tart plum with plenty of wheat and hints of saline. Flavor was lightly tart, more of a wheaty beer. The saline was also dialed back with made for a easy drinker that anyone could enjoy. I'd say this was in tune to a classic Gose without too much gimmick.

Thanks to Don & Tom for this one!
Pours a pale gold, bright clarity, rising carb trails. Thin layer of compact foam, breaks apart quickly, leaving behind minimal lacing.
Aroma is faintly smoky and grainy, a little odd. Maybe this is more of a Lichtenhainer?
Grainy and watery, odd twang and a light smoky note. Light astringency and honeyish malt. Thin bodied, doesn't have much punch to it. Not all that tart, and not much if any coriander/salt presence. It's ok but ultimately doesn't really coalesce.
