T: Bit of bitterness but is balanced out by a pleasant sweetness. Little bit fruity.

Pours a clear yellow golden color with white head. Cereal grains, some light hay, and a light sweetness on the nose; follows onto the palate. Light bodied and very smooth. Finishes with more cereal grain and sweetness.

12oz bottle. Served in a snifter glass.
Pours a somewhat clear medium copper body, one finger thick white head, fair retention, thin film, bits of lacing. Smells of melon rind, touch of lemon citrus, candied sugar, touch of caramel, a bit on the sweeter side. Flavour is mild caramel sweetness, lighter minerals, a bit of grassy bitterness which balances out with candied sugar on the finish. Mouthfeel is medium lighter bodied, good carbonation, mild grassy bitterness wins out on the finish, reasonably drinkable beer on a hot day.
