Got this beer at the brewery on a brew tour. It is suppose to emulate Somoa Girl Scout cookies. All I got of that was the sort of coconut-y aftertaste. It wasn't as sweet as I would have expected (not that that's necessarily a bad thing) but it definitely didn't compare to those addicting cookies. Like I said in my other review of this brewery, I appreciate the creativity and hope this recipe gets altered a tad.

I had this beer on-tap in a pint glass at the brewery.
Appearance: rich amber hue with a moderate cloudiness and thin layer of ivory foam.
Smell: quite caramelly but rather light in intensity. Not too bad.
Taste: light Belgiany funk up front with a pretty heavy sweetness. I'm of two minds about this beer - interesting, but maybe too sweet. Hmm.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a very good and well integrated carbonation yielding a very satisfying creaminess.
Overall: not a bad beer. They're trying to reproduce a Samoa cookie here, which is not 100% successful. Still, perhaps not a bad dessert beer.
