Hazy golden color with a thick head with good retention.
Wheaty aroma with strong yeasty notes, with banana predominating.
Predominant flavor of banana on a wheat base.
Light body with good carbonation, alcohol of +6% abv is not felt.
A flavorful Weiss with high drinkability. Not that complex but does well the job. This is likely their best brew. The use of Weihenstephaner’s yeast gave it a head start.
