Dark amber color with a thick beige head with good retention.
Predominant aroma of caramels.
Sweet flavor of caramel and vanilla, with a hint of coca cola.
Light body with good carbonation.
The caramel felt a bit artificial (e.g. not from its malt), not sure why, once I understood it is not added to the recipe. Probably the fact that is a bit too sweet. It is a Dunkel prioritizing drinkability, lacking spices, malt (not just its sweetness) and hops.
