Appearance: Arrives with an impressive head capping the amber liquid; sheets of lace are left behind
Smell: Bready malts and grassy hops
Taste: Bready malts dominate the front end, with the grassy hops building through the middle; a little sweetness arrives, after the swallow; the finish is crisp, with a hint of wood
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Rather interesting - an APA bringing noble hops tempered, in the finish, by the cherry wood
