Appearance: Arrives without much of a head to cap the clear golden liquid; no lacing
Smell: Shortbread and grassy tones
Taste: Shortbread flavors lay down the backbone with grassy hop elements building, in the middle; some residual sweetness lingers in the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Unlike a number of other Imperial Pilsners I have tasted, this beer is not boozy and overly sweet; I like the restraint that was exercised here
