Appearance: The cloudy goldenstraw colored liquid arrives with a modest cap that leaves streaks of lace behind
Smell: Wheat bread, with sour tones and a Meyer lemon character
Taste: Wheat bread, up front, with the sour, Meyer lemon-influenced flavors building in the middle; an interesting sweetness lingers in the finish to offset the otherwise tart elements of the beer
Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation; crisp finish
Overall: Tart and refreshing; another unusual twist to amp up the malt bill in the style to bring on that sweetness that balances the finish
