Appearance: Clear copper, with an inch or so of foam on top that leaves some streaky lacing behind
Smell: Caramel, peppery-influenced spices, tropical fruit
Taste: Caramel tones in the front end, with the yeast delivering a spices and the hops bringing tropical fruit (papaya and star fruit) in the middle; more tropical fruit flavors arrive, after the swallow, with passion fruit the most identifiable; considerable bitterness lingers in the aftertaste
Mouthfeel: Medium to full body with moderate carbonation
Overall: Very well balanced, with a whole range of interesting tropical fruit flavors delivered by the Galaxy hops
