I had this on tap at Barren Hill served chilled.
The color is the palest golden with light haze and thick white head w/ lace that sticks and fine bead with visible carbonation throughout. The smell is very good with lots of tangy odor and light apple notes with low yeast sulfur and mild malt aromas of wheat which add depth. The feel is decent with tangy apple type acidity with a nice malt sweetness to balance tangy, but not really tart or sour with medium carbonation with mostly dry finish - sourness and carbonation could be more intense.
The taste is tangy from wheat with light toasted malt aspect which leads to a slight yeast tang and some gentle sweetness with mild fruitiness and subtle hint of apple skin flavor with a hint of lactic acid in the finish. Overall pretty drinkable but not the best example -very good flavor and aroma but lacks slightly in some other categories. I would drink this again without hesitation very easy to enjoy.
