Pours a clear, amber colored beer with a huge, bubbly head.
Smells of flowery ice-bonbon, cake and a hint of mint among blue berries and water melon hull.
Drinks very soft and light till the finish, in which an effervescent quality creates a bubbly burst.
Tastes of white bread crust, lemon pulp a short lasting lactic sourness, which develops into blueberries and toffee, wrapped up by a lemon dryness. Throughout pleasantly soft on the tongue, with a lemony sourness in the finish, turning into a late bitter dry note.
Very light bodied, featuring a very strange hop , including both aspects, sweet and tart, tied together, or even evolving from the hop itself.
