Yields an amber color with a small film atop.
Smells of old yogurt, with old, dried mushrooms, leather and wood bark. Those stand against sweet toffee, spruce, herbal hops and a light berry spiciness with some wheat. Totally stange but very interesting on the nose.
Has a lower carbonation, thin on the palate with a sweet, dry finish, putting a weird roller coaster of ever evolving flavors on the tongue.
Tastes of spruce, dried black berries with some wood bark accompanied peppers and some kind of fermented stone fruit, resulting in a soapy impression. More spruce during the mid palate with more profound black peppers and scented earth. Finishes ankwardly sour, dry and leathery funky with a straight forward toffee quality cutting through.
Too much of everything, this does not come together in a good way. Thin during the finish while overbearing the mid palate with a supershort plethora of different flavours, which end up being all over the place.
